  1. I think Steve Cohen is giving David Stearns enough rope to hang himself. Let's face it, METS FANS, he brought him in to make this team a CHAMPIONSHIP type team. Besides, Steve's a HUGE METS FAN just like US. STEARNS is ON THE CLOCK. If he DOESN'T PRODUCE, he's GONE. STEVE'S WATCHING. We're ALL WATCHING. 👀🏆✨️

  2. Or you get stuck paying a declining often injured player 150 million over 3 years. It's a pig risk with limited upside that doesn't address the Mets biggest issue.

  3. This is a desperation move !! He messed up by letting Pete walk … that kind of contract for a slightly above average outfielder who is up and down his whole career…. Pete’s contract looks like a discount !!! Stearns is the reason why GMs should stick with contracts and let real baseball people build teams !! Bring back BUCK & SANDY !!

  4. I don't trust in Stearns even if I see Tucker with a Mets jersey on. There are many things to do for this team and nothing has been done yet. Where is the ace on the mound?

  5. Signing with the Blue Jays is the best option for Kyle Tucker, or signing with the Dodgers should be his priority number two since his stats will drop drastically on the Mets stadium.

  6. But no exception for Pete who isn’t a terrible defender and a much better bat than Tucker. This is all Stearns’ ego to make this his team. A first round playoff exit just like his brewers.

  7. Mets got a mess! No fault of Pete Alonso or lack there off! It was the lack of Foresight & trust of players let go ! Now they are Making Kyle Tucker an elite player at Citi Field, where he has not played like Brandon Nimmo or let alone Pete Alonso! Now they really need help! What a joke! Let’s go Mets! Right the wrong, someone else did!!!
