Bucs are a good organization. Would he wanna go to Tennessee, Oakland, AZ, Cleveland and be an HC? Seem like shit situations. Dealing with Kyler when he just left Tua. Or how about him coaching Shedeur or being under Tom Brady.
He doesn’t seem like a Steelers guy or a Ravens guys either tbh. That leaves the Giants and Falcons. But those teams have question marks at QB. This Bucs job does seem pretty good, and the org shows loyalty.
The other OC jobs do seem decent too. Theres Herbert, Goff, and Hurts who need an OC.

This would be a fantastic hire. I remember reading a profile piece on ESPN with his Mom interviewed and saying she lives in The Villages so would make sense for his family to live nearby.
