I've been a Chargers fan since the John Hadl era. A very dark horse candidate would be Phillip Rivers. He is one of the few people who can look Justin Herbert in the eye.
Search should be broadened to include top OC in college ranks. Afterall Minter did miracles on D side of ball.

Please don't bring in Daboll… count back 5 years. Where's the success.. giants? I'm not saying he doesn't have talent. I'm saying.. you don't need the "i need to make it work this time otherwise I'm out for good" energy in the building. We're not doing this for you. We're doing this to be better. And that attitude tends to alienate people. Plus he's not all that creative and Hebert needs protection up front and freedom. Not my way or the highway. If you're gonna bring in Daboll you might as well have kept Roman.
