  1. Passan should’ve said that Williams and Weaver were detractors not contributors. If they do a half-ass job last year, the yanks win 100+ games and not 94. Williams alone cost them more than 6 games!!

  2. Cubs cannot afford all this, meanwhile Cubs 150 Million coming off the books at the end of the Season and are a large market Team , To land Hoerner it will cost 2 of those top 5 arms and that is if the Cubs who are in a win now position are stupid and deal him at all .
