Teaching is developing! Great communication is developing! Both traits, teaching & great communication, is being able to coach effectively and develop! Clarence says those are generic terms and everyone wants that, except, Clarence, a lot of people would think those traits are a given when looking for a HC or Coordinator!! Schotty is purposefully putting those particular traits out there and looking specifically for them because those are the traits and fundamentals that make of a great coach and an effective coach and leader.
