Let someone else coach the team
Name another organization where to head coach is also the offensive or defensive coordinator. Oh that’s right only Tampa.
Damn first yaya and now white. How could they keep Bowles around? Sounds like he has lost the locker room.
Tomlin as DC McDaniels as OC. Boy we would cook or should I say Bake!
Him not getting a dc is the one thing that pisses me off more than anything. Like liam coen hired an offensive coordinator. Its a full time job to properly coordinate a defense or offense. Bowles is handicapping the team and getting himself closer to fired for no other reason than his pride. Just hire a guy that meshes with your philosophy and focus on building culture which, until this season, he did a good job with!

It’s hilarious how everyone involved with the team keeps admitting Bowles is the problem, yet they all keep trying to dance around the issue and promote some bandaid fix instead of just getting a new coach 🙄
Yeah he isn’t come back after speaking the truth.
It’s been years since we have heard players publicly criticize Bucs coaching. Maybe they are on to something.
