The Hawks and Mavericks got the #1 pick the last two years. We don’t need to obsess over the Pelicans record because it could very well mean nothing when draft time comes around.
If the Kings win tonight this Pelicans win matters even less than it already does.
I know y’all are worried about the pick, but just remember, the bucks are currently sitting in the lottery and just got blown out last night. If they jump higher than the pels pick, we get that one. We technically have 2 shots at a high pick. It’ll take some luck, but we have it.
