22. Moore might be a good QB someday…but there is no comparison today. For a brief moment, I thought maybe Moore could have a higher ceiling, but man was I wrong. I’m not sure what Mendoza’s ceiling is anymore. He doesn’t have Josh Allen’s arm, but his arm is plenty good to get the job done…and I think they will help him get stronger in the league.

    He’s just got it all figured out and we can have confidence that he won’t be corrupted in sin city…which matters when you’re betting your franchise’s future on a guy. There is a lot of trouble there. You don’t need to look to hard to find it.

23. This says it was posted a day ago, but obviously this was filmed before Friday night's game, which would have made this a much shorter discussion. The kid is a robot, and one of the most complete QB packages I've ever seen. He now has 5 incompletions against 7 TD's and ZERO INT's in the last 2 games. That is absolutely insane efficiency.

33. I've seen many people say Mendoza has bust potential. I remember when Darnold was on Jets and looked like a bust. Now he's thriving in Seattle after a great year in Minnesota. As a Raider fan I get it. Have to create the right culture and environment for a young QB to succeed. Mendoza is not perfect. He does check a lot of the boxes. He's got the size, accuracy. intelligence, leadership. Maybe not the strongest arm. I guess my point is that if you put a great oline in front of a guy just look at the difference for Caleb this year. Look how bad Lamar looked without one. I hope to God that the Raiders put it together and focus everything on the oline. I'd take Mendoza #1 and then I would be obsessed with the perfect line and depth.
