16. Yesterday, January 13th, was Kyle and his wife Samantha's 2nd wedding anniversary. Congratulations to the happy couple and to their expectant first born this coming February! 🙏 for them.

    It wouldn't surprise me if we find out that one of the reasons he hasn't signed with a team yet is because they were waiting until after their wedding anniversary.

    According to his Wikipedia page, a cause close to his heart is hospice care.
    In Canada, hospices are under increasing pressure to participate in "M.A.I.D." which is antithetical to actual hospice care. It will be great if Kyle Tucker signs with the Blue Jays and helps the hospicees here in Canada as he has in Tampa, Houston, and Chicago.

    If the Blue Jays management want to sign him, they might consider giving him some moral and financial support for his Kyle Tucker Foundation for hospices here in Canada.

    Regarding a long term contract, I think that a consideration for him and his wife must be with regards to where they would like to raise their child and subsequent children in their formative years. Of course I am biased, but it seems to me that raising children in "Toronto the good" must be more desirable than in New York or L.A..

25. You really have to question just how much for all this money how much expected wins per dollar this really adds. Our outfield last year was pretty good, they played better than replacement level.I really won't fault them if they don't match. I'll be disappointed but not upset.

27. Bo Bichette when averaged out, was the 10th best RBI man in the entire MLB. Someone has to get people on base in. Bo price range, maybe too much?… Nothing too wrong with the year Cody Bellinger had in 2025. Not that much worse than Tucker and lower value. …And trade option: Arizona's Kyle Marte — for a couple high prospects, and maybe Barger and Berrios. So present lineup plus an OF signing, plus Marte at second. …Or Bichette and a high prospect trade for an ace bullpen closer like San Diego's Mason Miller. — Just some food for thought fellas.
