  1. Heโ€™s not going to the Browns. Top coaches wait for the right opportunity. Look at BJ. He turned down commanders and was right to wait for the Bears.

  2. Heโ€™s going to the ravens lol. Why wouldnโ€™t you choose to work with Lamar as a head coach. Especially if you know mikes back story and what he wants to do with his time in the NFL. If I was to bet for him itโ€™s either the Ravens or the Lions with the Ravens being his first choice. Lions should keep interviewing people.

  3. Browns and Cardinals are the last place anyone wants to be.
At least the Raiders and Titans have money to spend.

  4. If he wants to be an OC thereโ€™s plenty of eligible suitors with great offensive pieces; Detroit, Philly and LA. If he decides to be the HC for shadeur and friends in Cleveland thatโ€™s on him when heโ€™s going to be searching for a gig again in a few years.

  5. I wouldn’t be doing that if I were him. Nobody’s been able to turn that franchise around and I don’t see him doing it. But money talks.

  6. This is probably a super dumb question – but as someone whoโ€™s never really given the coaching staff salary side of things much thought – whatโ€™s stopping the Lions from throwing a bag at McDaniels that he canโ€™t refuse? Is there a salary cap on coaching staff? Whatโ€™s hypothetically stopping the Lions from just matching anything heโ€™d get anywhere else or just pay him a dollar short of what they pay Campbell?

    Edit: typo

  7. MCDC should’ve just handed him this meme in person, sat there in silence for a full minute looking at him
