[OC] Rookie QB EPA/play vs. CPOE through their first seven starts

Same caveats as previously.

I have some other charts I've been working (in particular, PFF lets you pull grades for custom subsets of weeks now, so I want to chart/output PFF grades in another post, but I haven't finished it yet as I have to pull all those .csv files manually).

So hopefully will have the Explosive vs. Negative, Turnover-worthy vs. Uncatchable, PFF grades, and a couple of other ideas I've been brewing over the next week or so.
