3. Would be insane to have a HC with a budding coaching tree

4. Love this. We need more plays for when the oline is getting dominated though. Hopefully seeing Bryce/Dave struggle there had his wheels working.

12. I sometimes wonder what these guys display that gets them in the fast track around NFL circles, like how do you know that the assistant quarterbacks coach is a future coordinator

13. I am actually really pleased to this. That is a role we simply did not have before. If it existed, it was rolled up into Canales’ job.

    This is not “Dave hiring an OC to take the burden off”, but it is at least an acknowledgement that th*e passing game should be somebody’s job to develop.*
