They really need to get rid of deferrals. The dodgers with their powerhouse RSN generate so much revenue from their TV deal that they can backload so many contracts and the appreciation pays for it. No one else can really compete. Even john Henry or Hal in NY or the Ricketts in CHI. Only maybe Cohen with the Mets
Dodgers are literally Standard Oil
He’s getting paid annually only slightly less than the Marlins 2025 payroll
There’s definitely going to be a lockout after next season.
