The Yankees rotation is really good why do they want a pitcher so bad, it seems like Bellinger or Bichette would be a better fit than Peralta.

No one wants to risk a multi year contract for Bellinger because he has been hot and cold his entire career. Not hitting in front of Judge also means he will have a big drop off from last season. He needs the Yankees more than they need him.

The @Yankees need to sign Bo Bichette. Last year they had one of the worst-hitting infields in MLB, batting around .230 as a group:McMahon 208, Volpe 212, Jazz 242 and Wells 219 . You canāt contend like that. Bo Bichette fixes the offense instantly. š„

I agree with you for the most part but Yankees have significantly better pitching prospects than almost all other 31 teams. 2 in the top 100 and more than 10 in low A to high A that will be in the top 100 within the next few years
Well, tucker is off the board and in a way I'm glad… hearing rumors the mets offered $50M/year and he signed with the true EVIL EMPIRE.. for $60M….. both are just stupid money. I'm glad the Yanks didn't go there… and I expect that Cody wants them to… (and I hope they don't)… time to just get some pitching and let the youth step up and show us what they got…. maybe get Bo… and move Jazz into the OF.. Frankly, I hope the new CBA puts some limits on deferreals… that needs to stop.

Straight up, there was a source that says a deal of Elmer-Rodriguez Cruz and Luis Gil might be enough to convince Milwaukee to pry Freddy Peralta off their hands. That being said, is there a chance the Brewers might want one more prospect from the Yankees?
