  1. Offensive minded that can bring in a very good DC. Someone that can develop a young offense and get Mallik Willis, dynamic young , dual threat. POINTS POINTS POINTS

  2. Thank you for the video, content, and laughter with a mistake from Ponzi. You both are good at what you do, along with everyone else, for making these videos and content. I'm proud of you guys. Keep it up.

  3. I hope Tomlin isnt helping with coaching search. He brought in some losers for his staff which was his demise. Canada, Smith and Austin. Do i need to keep going?

  4. As much as I respect Tomlin and appreciate the way he ran the franchise, I don’t want him anywhere near our next head coaching hire. Tomlin couldn’t even find good coordinators to run his offense when he was coaching. He hired Matt Canada and Arthur Smith as our last 2 OC’s. We need to run a modern NFL offense and that’s not an area I trust Tomlin’s opinion. I like the coaches they have lined up for interviews already. Just hire one of them and I’m happy. If they hire Scheelhaase I’m ecstatic!! 🎉

  5. Get an offensive minded coach with Sean Mcvay tree. Dont think Tomlin should be making suggestions who might be good. Let management suceed or fail on the pick on there own. They have had 19 years to look and think about who might be a good coach replacement. Plenty of time to have an idea who might be good.

  6. Does anyone understand that you can’t hire an OC from another team to be your OC? It’s a lateral move, which is against CBA rules. The coach hired can only take an up grade in position. 🤦‍♂️

  7. I think that defensive minded head coaches still work. But I also think that if you lose your OC when you have a defensive mind at HC, you don't know what will happen to your offense. So getting an offensive mind at head coach and a really good defensive coordinator is worth looking into. Just look at how it worked for the Rams this year. So I think it's time to change it up. You can still have a strong defense even without a defensive HC.
