Everyone — as it's already been pointed out by many others, firing Bowles is no longer an option. We can only following what is happening now with the candidates available and hope for the best.

Bring Back Bruce Arians as Head Coach or hire Mike McDaniels as OC his offense always be explosive and he is Elite at drawing up plays n getting WRs n TEs wide open…… Tyreek had his 1,700 yd season under McDaniels n Waddle also had 1,200 yds…… He came up under Shannahan in 49ers n was with them on their Super Bowl runs he is a TRUE OC and would have Tampa a Top 10 or 5 offense plus his zone run scheme will fit Bucky n Tucker perfectly n McDaniels loves 2 throw to his RB out the backfield n gets alot of production out his TEs…….

The team made a HUGE blunder by retaining Todd Bowles. Everybody sees it, not just in Tampa but around the league.
