  10. Y for Udinski. Jim Schwartz is also a football guy and STUD D Coordinator. I don’t think Schwartz is getting any attention as a candidate for head coach. Udinski is a great coach and game planner. He and Schwartz complement each other. The issue we have is
 if it’s really true that Sanders has been crowned QB-1 by management, I just don’t believe, from what I’ve seen out if him, he has the capability to run complex NFL offensive schemes. He is pretty far away from the basics of identifying coverage schemes and knowing where his eyes should be pre-snap. Not saying he won’t progress in year two but just not sure he’s “that guy”. I say that understanding that organizations and especially fans think that every damn rookie QB should be elite in 1-2 years. Not realistic at ALL. But feel free to comment on your thoughts of Sanders being able to rise to an elite QB level in 3 years. Remember accuracy and raw physical skills are only half of it. Being scary smart and being scary good at understanding defensive schemes are at least half of it.
