1. Getting rid of ad is the only thing the mavs should be working on.

12. Everybody Kidd has not played C.Woods and D.lo play no defense or give the effort to play defense in the manner Kidd wants Kuminga plays defense. But we are loaded a wing. Christie Naji PJ Coop he probably wouldn't get the minutes he wants

24. Giving a young player consistent playing time and support can do wonders for making them better, I mean, Zeke Nnaji got screwed over by Mike Malone just because Malone was being a baby about Booth.

31. Hopefully there is a top 100 list for expiring contracts and Dallas is trying to acquire all those players lol.
    This is NOT A 200/M TEAM!!!!
    Part of me would love to dump 150 of their 208/M salaries and start over fresh with Flagg and the 7-8 guys who make NO MONEY or have real potential to be on our next contender (PJ, Christie,Lively,etc) then just bring in guys on one year deals (or two yr deals with TEAM OPTIONS) that play defense and play hard every night.
    There might only be a dozen guys like that in the league that are available every free agency period.
    Use to hate Westbrook but at 3.6/M I love the guy.
    Same for Dwight Powell, Exum (when healthy lol), Cisse, BWill, etc.
    guys you want to cheer for.
    Josh green before he got his extension.
    Hardaway (3.6) is another one.
    Kris Dunn (5.4), Podz(3.7)…..these guys.
    Once we get out of this quagmire we need to rethink how we build a team.
    More guys like Micheal Finley and NO GUYS like DLo.
    Fundamental differences in attitude.
    That’s why I don’t want anything to do with Kuminga unless he’s making 3 mil a year.

32. I’m starting to think NO TRADES WILL HAPPEN and Dallas will be begging teams with cap space in the summer to take their trash (Klay, DLo, Martin, Hardy).
    Three of the four would only have one year left on their deals so it should not be impossible to make that happen.
    That along with Powell, BWill and Exum
    Leaving should get Dallas under the luxury tax (about 40 or so million).
    I’m thinking that’s the play now.

    Hardy to the Nets
    Klay to the Clippers or Lakers
    Martin to the Heat and
    DLo to the Bulls

    All manageable contracts, better than what might be available in free agency to get to the league minimum cap and
    Useful (if unproductive) players with a
    Decent history in the league.
    At least I hope so.
    Free agency options look lousy this summer so hopefully this issue solves itself.
    We’d come back with the current roster without our draft pick for four years and try to make the best of it.
    It feels like the inevitable end to this tragedy 🎭……

34. Lifelong Warrior fan here. Kuminga would probably be good on the Mavs. He doesn't fit in the ball movement, Steph centric offense. He'd probably be a 20+ ppg scorer on the Mavs. Then a couple of years down the road you can trade him for someong that fits better. (He's better if he can be ball dominant so you probably don't want him long term.)
