Rams should not struggle against our defense. I still look back to the 1988 NFC championship game as an example of not banking on the weather.
I expect low scores, like the 13-10 Mike suggested, with special teams being the possible edge that tips the game in Bears favor and turnovers being the edge that tips the game in Rams' favor. Not a passing extravaganza, for sure.
Caleb threw for 242 yards and 2 tds against a much better Browns defense and the game was much colder!
Talk about the Rams run defense and not about the run offense lmao. Rams stop the run and can run the ball. What are we doing here?
For the Bears to win, their offense will have to play defense. That means long drives keeping the ball out of Stafford's hands and ending in touchdowns. That's the only hope. The "Bear weather" theory is very shaky. The Rams are going to score on 90% of their possessions; they are better than the 49ers, who carved the Bears up like a turkey. Bears need to play a perfect game offensively and force a punt or two and a takeaway or two on defense. If not, it could be over by halftime.
If the weather is what it says might be a lot of run plays on both sides
Nobody who knows anything about ball thinks LA will defeat Chicago. Objectively speaking, of course.
