14. The only coach you replace a Matt LaFleur with is Jon Gruden. And Gruden wants the SEC. So get it done with Matt, and stop wasting Jordan’s talent. There is absolutely no way Jordan Love should be losing to Caleb Williams in the playoffs. The guy can’t run his offense worth a dam meanwhile Jordan’s in his bag the whole first half and 4th quarter, Matt just panicked and played not to lose and try to run the clock out instead of letting Jordan throw for 400 which he would’ve done. Jon Gruden, or Matt. Jon Grudens part of that Andy Reid, Sean Payton, Mike McCarthy system and ALL of those guys have won SBs, and turned their young QBs into complete superstars. Jordan’s talent isn’t something that just comes around everyday. Get Gruden, or keep Matt.

15. Jeff Haffley is going to be a middle of the pack head coach. He was average without parsons, legit with parsons, then absolutely horrendous after he got hurt. You absolutely do NOT let Matt go back to Atlanta and replace him with our first defensive head coach in centuries, and another first timer while you have a Jordan Love in the beginning of his prime.

Hafley has the whole team in zone coverage I mean c'mon a high school QB can beat u it's too easy for opposing QB to find soft spots and puncture the whole damn bubble and drive down the field with ease. Zone coverage inside the 5yard line. Expecting someone to stop a quick throw that close. And you wonder why our guys struggle to get sacks.

30. LaFleur doesn't deserve a long term extension. His inability to make halftime adjustments is a weakness in his coaching ability. Also, the collapse of Hafley's defenses doesn't bode well either.
