1. Raiders don’t know how to be successful. The players don’t matter? Seriously? Saying a coaching staff is important doesn’t make it necessary to say you don’t need great players. That’s silly dude.

13. Thanks Sanjit I love your videos…I've been a fan since 1977, I love the Raiders and I want nothing more than for them to return to greatness. I hope they do it…I'm almost afraid to hope they'll be great again…but something tells me that they're finally on the right track…Mendoza and a great supporting coach and cast and we can turn it around.

19. Love your optimism Sanjit! I am doing my best to save my hope and optimism for the Raiders until October. All I hope for is The Raiders organization to be on the same page and the right page this year. Then for the team to improve their record for 4 to 6 wins.

30. The one thing that Sanjit is missing with these McVay/Shannahan guys, is most of them never called plays before they become HC’s. O’Connell, Matt LeFluer, Mike McDaniel ect. So guys like Mike, LaFleur, Nate Scheelhasse, Klay Kubiak will make a natural jump as some of these other guys. In order to secure them, they become HC’s and defacto OC’s. Im high on Mike LaFleur, hope we get some of these young up and OC’s from the McVay/Shannahan tree.

31. We need a strong defense and good lineman on both sides of the ball.
    Start by building a young, strong defense and you're already gonna make the playoffs.
    A good offense with no defense is not going to win many games.
    But the other way around will keep you in the hunt until you get your offense together because the defense will make every game close.
