1. Coach T most def deserves the HOF. An you just hating for saying not. An I still want Harrison to get his even though he's being a child right now

3. Tomlin doesn’t develop , never did . Once all those all pros and future hall of Famers on both sides of the ball aged out the perennial losing started. He had significant control over the roster and didn’t draft and/or develop the transition from the 00’s era to the new one.

4. He is leaving because he messed up with his wife and his son is loud. He wants his legacy to stay positive but he messed up with his girlfriend

5. Tomlin allowed Dick Lebo and Dick Lebo allowed you to play. It all goes back to Tomlin. Also, Tomlin drafted Lamar Woodley and Lawrence Timmons who were both on that SB 43 team it just not Cowhers players!! Sorry but TJ was is a better outside linebacker…..look at the sack numbers

Everybody says it's hard to win in the NFL and even though he only won one super bowl, how many coaches can say that they done that how many coaches can say and that they never had alludance season. Thank u James… I've been saying for years that it's Tomlin's job to make sure the team was prepared… The Steelers go into the game every week feeling like they're prepared but everybody knows what the team is running on both sides of the ball… I don't particularly agree with the drafting a QB part I mean let's b honest TB 12 was drafted in the 6th round… There r players out there that r available in later rounds… We can't sign our entire secondary as 30+ year old guys… Talking about I'm bringing in Jalen Ramsey dudes last 2 years of Troy Palomalu out here… Don't get me wrong jram did great for what his body was able to do but u got slay out there pushing 80 who else other than jp2… Bunch of dudes that were good at one time but now days they getting walked away from by tight ends n running backs as players in the secondary… C'mon man getting walked as a cornerback by a tight end or HB… This the kind of crap we been doing for years try to bring em up from within n hire former big names after they're past their ability to perform anywhere near the level that made them a household name… Tomlin has been a problem for a long time… Some of us see him as the boss that lets u get away with whatever the hell u wanna do as long as u don't get them in trouble… In Tomlin's case it was as long as we win 50+% of our games idk after that bcuz everyone will continue to think I'm some kind of great coach bcuz we didn't have a losing season… So many games were actually won in spite of Tomlin doing his best to screw it up… Tomlin has been a bum for years n I'm glad he finally got out of the way so maybe we can go out n compete instead of the same old crap win 50% of the games on the schedule make the playoffs n lose in the wildcard round…

18. Mike T. was never going to have a coach on his staff that he felt was a threat to his job. I said that years ago. As a season ticket holder, we were baffled when Deebo was not dressing for some games when we knew he was the best pass rusher on the field.
