7. Bo came completely out of nowhere I didn't even know they had any interest in signing him. I'm extremely happy that they just signed a player that is as good as him and we have him 3 years in his prime. He's only 27. When he plays an entire season he gets 190+ hits a season. He can most definitely hit. Wow!

8. Luis Robert jr has so much potential and a lot of speed. He steals a ton of bases. And plenty of pop.

28. Mauricio was a "can't miss prospect" for 3rd base 2 years ago. 1 year ago (early '25 season), Mauricio was hitting .500 in Triple A when promoted to Citifield. And, proceeded to bomb horribly. So, not sure about these 'top prospects' like Jett Williams or Carson Benge. Absolutely not a comment on either of these fellows particularly as I haven't seen them play; simply citing them as the currently touted 'next big thing…'.

29. What I would point out re: Bellinger is that Mets talked up Tucker, signed Bo. Did LA scoop up Tucker away from us, or, did Mets pump up price that LA had to pay, while Bo was their target all along? Is the Bellinger talk a smoke screen for someone else that they really want?
