  3. The sadistic part in me wants the Broncos to get blown out and go 1 and done in the playoffs. And then see the Bills lose in the Super Bowl after missing a game winning field goal attempt.

  8. The AJ Brown in Philly situation is why Howie Roseman’s strategy is risky. If a player that’s being paid entirely in signing bonuses wants to be traded halfway through a contract, it leaves the team with a hostage or a massive dead cap situation that derails the roster.

    Veach, in comparison, has created a much more maleable cap structure for our roster. The visualization below shows that, if he wanted to, he could free up over $150M in cap space in just one season through restructures and cuts. That’s just as powerful as pushing all the dead cap to future years in terms of allowing aggressive roster building.

  14. For anyone on the fence, just remember that we’ve had a rivalry with Buffalo for like 5 years. We’ve had a rivalry with Denver for decades!

    Josh Allen winning today doesn’t make him better than Mahomes, but it does make Denver donkeys. Go Bills!
