It’s good to see him enjoying his retirement
I can’t imagine how stressful being a head coach is. Yes I am aware they make a lot of money but that doesn’t make it any less stressful.
He finally has time to think! I’m sure he’s going to enjoy this year off from football!
Brighter days for both parties ahead.
I’m a Ravens fan. I seriously wonder how happy fans of both teams will be in a few years after the Tomlin and Harbaugh Era ended in 2026. Both fan bases seemed to be united in wanting a new HC. One or both may end up disappointed.
For now, I’m waiting for Tomlin to be on TV next season. I think he’s got what it takes to not only be an expert commentator, but also entertaining. I wish him well. I’ll miss the competition between the two longest-tenured HC’s of their times.

I love seeing this side of him. Sure he’s been happy but smug on the field at times. This is just a parent being a happy and proud parent. I hope he enjoys his time off.

Not even a week removed and already seems to be living his best dad life. Happy for the guy man.
As a dad I’m happy he’s there to watch and enjoy. I spend a lot of time with my kids and it never feels like enough, couldn’t imagine how he might feel.

I really wish I knew it was going to be his last season. I think I’d have enjoyed/appreciated his last year more while it was happening instead of just being pissed we kept doing the same things. Godspeed Mike T

Mike Tomlin is a family man. He’s a man of integrity. He’s as great of a husband as he was a coach.
I’m sure the pressure is off and now he can enjoy his family and his money.
Hell, being a FF coach is stressful to me!
I have nothing but profound gratitude for him now that he’s stepped down and I hope he gets to catch up on the last 19 years of life he’s missed out on trying to bring us a championship.

I would not think a daughter inheriting Mike Tomlin’s face would be a beauty, but I also did not think he would resign.
