  1. Very solid class, ended up after 1 season with 3 starters in his first 3 picks and a good depth piece/possible starter at guard all on a pretty stacked team. People have this insane mindset that GM’s should pick starters on day 3 lol 😂 guys that’s stuffs a unicorn it’s so unbelievably rare let alone multiple pro bowlers after 1 year smh. Tyleik had a very solid first year at DT Tate was the highest or second highest graded rookie guard of the class and Teslaa had 6 touchdowns on limited snaps as our WO 3. That’s good people 🤬

  2. Honestly the last two draft classes for Detroit have been poor, Aronald was a walking PI his rookie year and was slightly better before he got injured in his 2nd season. Rakestraw is a waste of 2nd round pick with his inability to stay healthy is a serious problem. Manu has been a reach on potential that has not panned out so far. Vaki is the most consistent as a special team player and 3rd string RB. Wingo has been a ghost the last 2 seasons. Mahogany played this year but not well. In the 2025 Draft class Williams was a non factor as a 1st round pick even though he played 17 games. Ratledge was an ok starter. TeSlaa was probably the biggest contributor from the 2025 draft class. But giving up so much draft capital to Jacksonville will always be a negative to get him. Frazier only played 5 games so health is a question going forward. Hopefully he can be a backup next season. Hassanein did not contribute at all so he is a ghost stat wise. Dan Jackson and Dominic Lovett also did not contribute enough to get a PFF grade. So if you look at it Detroit has possibly 3 starters from both the 2024 & 2025 draft classes in Arnold, Rateledge and TeSlaa. The rest of the class is either special team contributors or at best backups with a miss in Rakestraw.

  3. Was a draft class that needs context, but at the same time, it didn’t do it for me early on.

The idea of Williams is nice, but his rookie year was nothing to write home about and he’s just another run 1st anchor guy. The limitations and forced “run 1st” identity is getting old. Especially when you don’t finish super well with killing the run.

When I’m more pumped for the later picks (like Frazier and Hassanein), that says alot. We need to start hitting these early picks again.
