8. I love and respect Tomlin, but let’s be real, if his coaching prowess was as advertised by the media and certain players, he wouldn’t have gone 10 years without a playoff win. It was time. If Rodgers and Watt are butt hurt about Tomlin’s departure, oh well, life goes on. Tomlin’s gonna be just fine and the team can get a new HC and coordinators to turn this thing around. They need a greater focus on offense and a defensive coordinator who can make the most of the playmakers we’ve had on defense. Talent has been wasted, it’s shameful Watt and Heyward don’t have a ring. This move is not a mistake , it should’ve happened 4-5 years ago.
