4. This McCarthy love is such a delusion and it's going to end slowly and painfully for us if we hire him. He is the definition of above average. Aside from one incredible run to the Super Bowl, his entire career has been disappointing playoff exit after disappointing playoff exit after random below .500 season after disappointing playoff exit. Its a shame that fans of this team are so desperate to have a decent season that we're all willing to settle for an over the hill coach who in many ways wasted the potential of prime Aaron Rodgers. I want a Super Bowl, and if McCarthy brings one I'll eat my words, but I do not see it. I predict that if we hire McCarthy there will be a video on this channel complaining about how he's done a great job but just isn't going to get us over the hump by about the midpoint of Cam Ward's second contract. We will become the Bills. I'd rather have the unknown of a less experienced guy like Saleh, McDaniel, Hafley, etc, than settle for an almost guaranteed 4-10 seasons of "almosts" and "not-quites."
