  5. Jon Schwartz was the best candidate in my eyes.. he’s the reason the defense is top of the league every year.. hire Mike McDaniels or rams offensive coordinator to call plays

  6. Well nothing is going to change the losing the relationship the media drama can continue this Jim has been inside this building so why would anyone believe he’s going to change anything this what I do expect to change the defense will be worse.

    So the Browns are doing what they always do playing to lose if this is true then the only reason it’s happening is because they didn’t want to lose him as a defensive coordinator the move should have been to bring in a new HC to change the entire culture inside the building and with the Media.

  26. Makes sense to me. Stabilizes the team. Excites the rest of the coaching staff. Now, identify the OC and DC, build around Shedeur with protection and WR's and in 2026 the Browns become contenders. The era of LEGENDARY has begun. Shalom family.

  35. It makes sense and it also makes sense why the defense went ham instead of losing to the Packers. Miles Garret said “we don’t play to lose”. And by them keeping that philosophy they may have handed or given their DC a boost to HC.

His defense crumbled in most of the losses that led to 5 and 12 season. This is and will always be a pathetic sports organization.

  42. I completely disagree. Get rid of all your trash—the Browns' defense only won three games for them all season. Jimmy Haslam sticking with what's comfortable will hurt him in the end.
    The politics remain the same; some of that dislike for Sheduer may have rubbed off. Not good!

  46. Steelers was like this when they first hired Mike Tomlin. Broncos was similar and got Sean Peyton. Now get a west coast offensive mindset coach. Draft offensive lineman. If Sheduer started after flacco left they would have been in a three way tie with Steelers and ravens for division.

  47. My two choices were Harbaugh and Schwartz and thank God that one of them is happening because if we don't hire coach Schwartz, someone will steal him same way they did to Vrable. He was with us and became the coach of Patriots. Hopefully will hear officially the hiring of Schwartz and bringing good offensive coordinator and other assistants that will help Shadeur to improve
