  1. Todd Bowles was a DEI hire that rode on the coattails of Arians staff until he ruined it. Should have kept Coen. Embarrassing second half season collapse. The personnel, coaching staff, front office, and ownership are mainly shit tier.

  2. I blame Jason Licht as much as anyone. Todd can only be a lousy coach to the talent Licht puts in front of him. I am not impressed with Jason Licht's ability to draft. He may have made some good choices in past years but the last few he has done a very questionable job. He ignores the positions of need and it has hurt this team even more than Todd's lousy coaching. Baker didn't do well in the second half of the year because Grizzards bad play calling ruined his passing game and the entire offense as the season progressed. It also had to be completely demoralizing to put enough points on the board to win over and over and then watch our junk defense give every game to our opponent because Jason Licht ignored the pass rush, O line, and secondary players we needed to shore up the defense.

  6. Bowles just doesn't create anything special or exciting. His defence has always been questionable. Even the super bowl year. We had some horrible games. The SB win kind of erased people's memories but we had so I'm e issues. They continued after.

  11. As long Toilet Bowles and Jason Litch weak are here Bucs will be cow shit to top it all Glazers are dirt cheap ass owners,there is nothing to like on this team it is embarrasing,2026 is over before begining i watch Lightning games
