Titans need to hire Mike McCarthy already.
I predict we hire Nagy, go 5-12. Callahan wins a playoff game as OC for the falcons.
He’s basically saying “it’s over” without saying it. Good thing we fired Cally in week six to get a head start in this coaching search. It’s really paying off!

I’m starting to think Borgonzi considers us a bunch of morons. He requests second interviews from these coaches who are likely to take other jobs so when Nagy is the only one left, he can put his hands up and say “Hey, he was the only finalist left.” It’s painfully obvious. Maybe they can materialize some more finalists (McCarthy, Saleh, McDaniel) but this has all the makings of a sham hiring process.

Miami isn’t in a position to hire Hafley tomorrow. According to PK they haven’t satisfied the Rooney Rule.. Not saying I want JH, but I’ll take any candidate over Nagy at this point.

No coach with any promise to their career wants anything to do with the titans. I think we forget exactly how bad the image of this franchise across the nation is. Who knows at this rate, McCarthy may even turn us down!

If these other coaches like Harbaugh, Stefanski and now Hafley are getting hired to other teams it’s because they wanted to go to those teams not because we waited to hire them.

It was always Nagy. It was a fake dog and pony show. Hiring a OC who helped regress Kansas City’s offense is a move. Best case with works out which seems unlikely. Worse case a new GM and HC search in a few years. Sorry Cam.
For everyone going nuts, Miami just hired Jon-Eric Sullivan. They’ve been front runners for Hafley since that happened…if you want to talk about hiring your buds, this would be exhibit A. But when another team does its smart and the Titans suck ass, right?
