This would basically be trading Mike Tomlin for white Mike Tomlin. He’s better suited for a team struggling to find consistency, not for making playoff runs.

0% chance he is the head coach and we all know this if we are paying attention. However, I am wondering if they would keep him on the back burner to be the associate head coach and offensive coordinator given the fact that we are almost certainly going to hire a younger coach.
