The Bo Nix injury sucks and I feel for Broncos fans

1. I was actually vacillating on who I want to win but at the end of the day I believe it is CJ’s turn. So now we can sort of root for the Chiefs, a little right? As the Chiefs used to be the Texans and now CJ man’s the helm of that namesake. Ok. Ok. I know that’s quite an extra Extrapolation, but hey, it’s true. I hope the Rams beat up on the Seahawks properly. Houston wins the Superbowl though! Thoughts?

2. I'm a broncos fan and even though the chances aren't great, Stidham is about as good of a back up that gives us at least a little hope that there's a chance to win. He's been learning the playbook for a couple years and looked really solid in pre season games. It's a long shot but not willing to throw in the towel

3. Sad they had a shot. Let's see what kind of schem,e Broncos use. Running the ball 70% of snaps with rpo screens would be my guess!

4. Then you guys haven't been paying attention. At times this year I wanted SP to bench Bo and start Stiddy. This is one back up qb I have full confidence in. I guess we'll see….

Good I’m sorry but the refs won them that game no PI in the end zone that’s bullshit that supposed interception was the craziest thing I’ve ever seen it be one thing if both of them had their hands on the ball but the other guy didn’t even have his hand on the ball he just had his arms through and 53 penalty yards in one drive in overtime disgusting

9. I lived out there for years. Most broncos fans were cheering the mahomes injury. Somehow, I feel bad for them. Not sure why. Somehow, they'll blame the officials for a broken ankle. Or any loss they ever have.

10. Stidham is a good player. Don't underestimate him. He's just been on shitty teams.

11. It sucked, my heart breaks for him, that's the game though, end of the line for Denver. Wish Bo Nix well in his surgery and rehab.

12. Right there with you. I’m a huge Chiefs fan but in the end it’s a game. Don’t want to see this type of pain and suffering on anyone. From the football side, it makes for less “world class football” which is what we all want to see from the greatest athletes in the world.

However, IF the bsckup QB has a good or great game and the Denver defense is hot, with the home field advantage and thinner air at Mile High, the next game could be much closer than expected – and there's at least an okay chance the the donkeys get another W. We shall see.

18. I feel bad for Bo, but not Broncos fans. I was at the Chiefs game in Denver this season, and had to listen to them spout ref conspiracies every time that a flag was correctly thrown against them. Every visit to the restroom, somebody was in there yelling "the dynasty is over, the AFC West is ours!" I don't like seeing anybody get injured but I have no sympathy for this classless fanbase

I would’ve liked to see Kittle or Josh win against someone else. I went to Auburn so I like Bo and Stidham but that’s out too with Bo’s injured. How is this year so weird and miserable and why is everyone going down with such crap injuries. If Bo really did break his foot kneeling down to win in OT that is a sick joke

21. I don’t feel bad at all for the Broncos. I do feel bad for Bo, but I do not feel bad for the Broncos. Now let’s see how far you get without him.

25. Honestly don’t know why they had Nix do a kneel down. They should’ve brought in backup.

26. As a kid I would’ve been happy because it would have made the path clearer to a Super Bowl or something to that effect. Now that I’m more mature I feel the same way about everyone when they get hurt… it sucks seeing it and wouldn’t wish it on anyone. I don’t hate players for leaving to go get a bag either. Football only lasts so long. And if they left college after 3 years and didn’t even finish their degree they need to make as much bread as they can, while they can, and set themselves up. And injuries (like this one for example) only make that an even harder reality.

    I’m a chiefs fan and was rooting for Allen to win it all this year. I wanted to see him win at least one ring (hence why I wanted him to this year, because the chiefs weren’t in and you’ll never catch me rooting for anyone but the chiefs whenever we are in the playoffs)😂

27. I dont wish injury on any players. I feel for Nix. The thing I dont feel bad about is this situation being put in Sean Peyton's lap. Peyton deserves this happening to him because he is such a scumbag. I don't wish injury on very many players, its reserved for guys like Vontaez Burfict, but Nix is definitely not one of those players I would wish this on.

28. BUFFALO WAS CHEATED BY THE REFS AS COOK MADE THE LAST CATCH WITH POSSESSION AND CONTROL, BUT WAS CHEATED BECAUSE THE REFS DID NOT WATCH A REPLAY BEFORE DECIDING THAT CALL! I HOPE THE DENVER TEAM LOSES THE NEXT GAME AS BUFFALO ACTUALLY WON THAT GAME!

31. Just for the record, I think that interception was legitimate… The bills picked off Mahomes in the exact same way and it was ruled a catch for Kansas City… he was down by contact and the ground did not make him lose possession… his arm was pulled open after he was down

42. Another Chiefs fan here….I too have a great deal of compassion for Bo Nix having to bow out of the playoffs through a late game injury. He played with a lot of heart and showed us who he is. I wish him a fast recovery.
