5. Idk if any 2 Hawks players ever have been more frustrating to watch than Cj and Jalen over the past 3 games. Cj is showing his worst tendencies as a shot chucker. As for Jalen, I’m convinced he’s either playing through an injury or going into games wasted. Because he just looks so slow and lethargic out there. Not to mention they’re both defensive negatives, especially Cj, and the offense comes to a halt half the time either of them touches the ball (because Cj just does super unnecessary isos, and Jalen holds onto the ball for 5 seconds before he decides to either shoot a contested 3 or do that weak hesi of his).

   That’s all for my rant. I’m probably over exaggerating, but this Hawks team is just so unbelievably frustrating and inconsistent. It’s gotten to the point where I’m honestly more interested in watching Pelicans and Bucks games lol

7. NOBODY on this roster should be considered untouchable regarding trades. Quin needs to go also.

14. I still say the same thing I've said the last 3yrs repeatedly. The defensive scheme were using is definitely one of the worst in the league. There are def some player deficiencies starting with OO as he's one of the worst centers in the league defending the screen & roll. Anytime he's involved it basically gives the opponent a 5 on 4 for a few seconds and destroys any chance of the wing defenders doing there job competently. In fact almost any screen set against us breaks the whole scheme of the defense down. Not sure if there's a stat that can measure this but if there is pretty sure it would back this up.

15. Brad…before I listen to the pod….Coaches get fired for different reasons….what is happening at HOME is TOTALLY and COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! ONSI…now…on top of a couple of NECESSARY MOVES before the deadline…has to FIRE QUIN…to send a RESOUNDING message to his players…that NO MORE of this CRAP will continue! Thibs or Malone…PERIOD!!! JJ now is the face of the franchise and he needs to understand PRONTO…what is Hawks' BASKETBALL! The players have clearly shut out Quin!!! This can still be salvaged…right now it's about getting into the post season in the VERY GETTABLE EAST!! Our win/loss record for the reg season is going to be disappointing…but that's NOT what we're playing for now. ONSI…PLEASE right the ship!

21. The Hawks need to re-set around scouting and player development first and foremost. It's been clear for years that Ressler has no interest in paying the tax, and the organization struggles to get high level FA. On the coaching front, Quin's a smart guy but he hasn't shown himself to be adaptable to the trends in the NBA.

    They should be practicing shooting 500 shoots a day.

28. I'm officially shutting down from watching this team, they look like a G-league roster. This is truly a bad roster that has tried a mix/match combination to represent a professional NBA team. I'm not sure what the hell they were thinking, it was bad enough that Trae Young was the only player that could be seen as a star, now they have nothing, because if they thought the answer would be Jaylen Johnson, then once again they got tricked. Please do something about Snyder and this coaching staff, as well as strap this roster, because this is not an NBA product, and is embarrassing. You brought Porzingis in as some kind of eye candy for ticket sales, knowing that he can't get on the floor. I think that's a quick way to lose the fan base.

29. Let's just hope Quinn goes and the lottery gods look favourably on us. This is our only hope for the future. This season is done.

30. We also have a Center (OO) that’s smaller than some teams PG smh. Onsi is overrated af and Quinn is doo doo. Ressler is rich and only cares about gentrification with development of the gulch.

34. Is it Onsi? Is it Quin? Is it the players? Is there another team chemistry issue? What's the problem? Are there multiple problems? When you can't answer any of these questions, it's time to sell. Atlanta has a bad sports rep anyway. Why not? This team has been practically unwatchable recently. They've been looking like 3rd options. I know I shouldn't be this 'emotionally invested'. It's like I keep letting my ex back in only to be disappointed and mad at myself for doing so.

38. You're talking about missing Dyson, and the Celtics were missing Jayson Tatum, Payton Pritchard, among others. This team and coach is just bad. Worse than NO and Indiana because they have injured players that they are building around (like Boston). Bad coach, terribly constructed team. Without a PG or a true big, they will continue to lose. And FYI playing starters too long and not using or building your bench is why Thibs was fired in NY. That's also why Atlanta loses games late. They're a fast paced, 3 point shooting team, that's why they lose games in the 4th. Which is also why they'll never do well in the playoffs when the game slows down. His style of play and coaching wins on occasional good nights, but not against good team, good coaches, or in the playoffs.
