I mean if I wanted to trade him I too would want reports out there saying we would like to keep him.
Bidwill so cheap he’ll bring Kliff back as OC too
I’ve come to terms with the fact he is likely staying. It looks too difficult to trade him, or find another QB for next season.
I suppose it will be interesting, if he does stay, to see how he performs when his entire career is on the line. If he has another shaky season, that is likely the end of K1 as a starter in the league.
Bidwill has eaten so many contracts for coaches and GM this just seems like lazy reporting at this point.
Doubt he’s back.
Texans might want him?
If they force Murray onto the next coach that coaches name will be Vance Joseph
I looked at nflshop today and his jersey and buddas jersey were both on pretty huge sales which is usually a good sign they’re outta here
Nah. If I’m Murray, I’m as done with this fanbase as it is with him.
Murray still gets his bonuses if he’s on the roster after February right?
If that’s the case wouldn’t it make more sense to release him now? As the Broncos’ have shown, eating the cap hit might be better in the long run.

I wouldn’t be shocked if the plan is for one more year with Kyler and a stop gap coach. After next year it will be easier to splurge. Not saying I like the idea but it wouldn’t shock me
They had the same argument againt firing Ganon… therefor its invalid.
Might as well
As an OU grad it hurts my heart but man get off my team please
Cards are a dumpster fire
I’m not opposed to bringing him back for another season, especially with a new HC/OC, while the team shores up the OL via the Draft, develops players elsewhere, and prepares the team for the New Guy, whether as a Year 2 player or a rookie, in ’27.
Murray’s already under contract, and he’s still likely the best QB available for next season, including FA and the Draft.
If the new head coach thinks he can use him then why not? I honestly dont know what our other option would be.
Nah you have to find a way to get rid of him
I think the obvious move is to keep Kyler for another year and develop a 2 QB scheme where Biscuits does the throwing and Kyle does the running.
They could also just use up a ton of clock by playing keep away with laterals from sideline to sideline.
Keep him. Next year has a decent qb draft class.
I mean if the new HC wants him 🤷♂️
Cmon. You guys already tried the too cheap narrative with Bidwill/Gannon.
I’m in.
I have hit just total neutrality when it comes to k1. He is freak athlete with unique talents but he definitely has not gotten much done, either. But, the QB draft class is meh and he is sucking up cap one way or another. Might as well play him 🤷
He probably wouldn’t be a guaranteed starter anywhere else.
RUN WHAT BACK!!?!?
I’m fine with him staying just as long as he isn’t our starting QB1. Invest time in Brisset, build him up to be our QB1 for a season or two and build Slovis to be our secret development. Brisset is 33, he’s bound to retire soon enough, we can get a few years out of Slovis. Murray just isn’t working out and the Cardinals need to accept that.
I would love to see the narrative in here if the defense didn’t give up three walk off field goals in a row and Kyler started 5-0 as he absolutely could have before the injury lmao
He’s not coming back. It would not be beneficial for either side. It’s past time to move on.
