Cavs are now the #5 seed. 3.0 GB of #2 and 1.5 GB of #3.

  1. I get that they want to keep the core together, but Garland will never, ever stay healthy and I’m ambivalent about Allen at this point. If someone wants those two guys for an elite player, I’d do it in a heartbeat.

  2. Last Year After Playoffs: “Regular season is meaningless! Why even try hard?”

This Year Now: “Why aren’t we trying harder in the regular season!?”

    We Gon’ Be Alright.

  3. Just stay out of the play in and get healthy, and I’m fine with the regular season result.

  4. This season has been a bit of a letdown, sure. Yet here the team is, right in the mix. How soon people forget about being basement dwellers. I’d rather the Cavs fight through some serious adversity than coast all season and get creamed when it counts. Here’s for the ride

  5. Knicks are floundering, 2-8 in their last 10. Raptors are an unserious team. I believe the third seed can be ours for the taking. Pistons and Celtics are another matter though. If the Celtics get back Tatum and he’s even 60% of what he was they should be the favorites right now in the east IMO. Their offense looks insane.

  6. Kudos to JB and the Pistons for being only two games back from OKC at this point.

Other than them the east really does suck. Boston would barely be the 5 seed in the west and the Cavs would be the 9 seed.
