6. Have the Vikings ever had a better qb than Sam Darnold? Who would it be? I’m 47, Cunningham, culpepper, Favre. I don’t think any of them at the time they played. Getting rid of Sam Darnold could be worse than Herschel Walker trade. It has completely ruined the franchise.

7. Congratulations to Sam, but my main take away from watching the Seahawks games as a Viking fan is how completely balanced their offense and play calling is. Seattle knows its team strength is running the ball, playing tough defense and by doing so its taking the pressure off Sam to just manage the game, play smart and not turn the ball over which he has played extremely well.. Sam hasn't thrown for over 200 since Dec. 18 and only has 5 touchdown passes in his last 5 games.

   Vikings on the other hand seem reluctant to change their offensive philosophy (until they were eliminated this year), and continue to play a certain style that the current offense can't run because of the level of QB play. Looking at the 2025 season, the Vikings were 7-2 when the team ran for more than 100 yards (4 of them coming in the final 5 weeks). Vikings desperately need to find a balance on offense and embrace the running game, rather than treating it like a second thought.

8. Slingshot Sam should be on this team. He is no ghost choker. His O-line was junk. No protection. Whose management decision was this. Redacted. We deserve to know!

10. The Darnold decision was based on the drafting up to this point. Best player drafted probably won't even have 5th yr picked up. Huge mistake. And with all the collaboration talk, this whole GM/HC should thrive or fall together. If the team doesn't make the playoffs next year I think they should all be held just as accountable together as a group. This leadership group has had major misses on coaching choices, poor drafting, poor development, questionable team structure, slow to adapt. I think they need a playoff win or seats will be on fire.

12. I find it ironic that Matthew trashes on the Vikings for making up their minds too quickly on Sam Darnold despite his two game collapse to end the 2024 season. However, he trashes on JJ McCarthy and constantly pushes the narrative that the Vikings need to bring in a big name QB like Kyler Murray for the 2026 season after McCarthy has only played 10 games…

20. I watch this show nearly everyday, but I just dont think I can do it with this team anymore. After 42 years and Darnold doing what he's doing and Flores leaving I think it's time to cash in my chips and check out.

    I can't remember the last time the teams situation was this bleek. The draft gives me zero hope with Kwesi, the QB situation is terrible at best. Harrison is retiring, we're 50 million over the cap.

    I don't see anything optimistic to look forward to anymore. KAM and KOC have crashed the plane with no sign of survivors.

23. You are absolutely correct, it's not 1 v 1. Kubiak is the MVP, after Sam threw 4 picks vs the Lambs at Sofi, he didn’t put Sam in the position to cost us. Because of his league leading 20 turnovers, We went run heavy, and with our defense, we don't need the QB to be the star. We need a game manager to not piss the game away -see CJ Stroud today. With our defense, we need Sam not be a CJ Stroud and be more of a Trent Dilfer for a super bowl.

24. OL been ass or hurt and the play calling his been unbalanced ever since KOC been here, yet it wasn't a major problem until JJM came and played bad most the year. Kirk and Sam just because they were Vets supposed to work miracles with that shit smh
