  2. If they hire Anthony Weaver Im gone as a Ravens fan. Us knowing football better than the owners is getting disgusting honestly. Lifetime fan since 1998 two years after the franchise started.

  10. Yall over estimate the ravens roster and value it way more highly than what it really is. Sam you honestly believe that th ravens have a more complete roster than Detroit or Philly? You also underestimate the location that’s important to coaches, Tampa is right across the street from Miami, they have a decent roster in a weak division in a state of no income tax. McDaniel is a west coast kid, grew up in Denver. So a team like the chargers who have a decent roster and close to family than Baltimore could also make sense. I think our best chance to land McDaniel as an oc is to hire Saleh but McDaniel is a long shot we are probably 4th on his list for oc jobs. We are not the top oc location 3/4 in all honesty, just cuz we are the best hc job doesn’t make us the best coordinator job. I was a klint Kubiack guy for awhile but I’m leaning more towards saleh now. I think although close Flores is a better dc but Saleh has the shannahan pipeline and even though we may have new ocs every two years the system won’t change cuz he can continue to poach shannahan protégés. It’s also postion coaches he can target from that tree that are east coast guys that may want to go back home and stay here as well. Lamar has been an mvp in 2 different systems/schemes/ocs. I feel Lamar has now reached that level of scheme proof, and as long as we get a dc hc with a consistent pipeline to ocs of the same system we will be ok on offense

    I can understand people saying Pittsburgh is the more attractive option when you look at their stability with head coaches. I think they've had something like 16 head coaches since 1933 and some of those 16 were repeat offenders. ….lol
