11. This game was lost because of refs. Even with so many of our good players injured we were in field goal range in over time, ready to win the game until the refs made basically the same call as they made on the INT by Bishop that was called a catch for Worthy in last years' AFCCG by calling the completion to Cooks an INT for Denver. The refs didn't even tell us to roll over before screwing the Bills and Bills fans in the same position.

I disagree with the take on the talent thing because the expectations in Buffalo is the Superbowl to win it because the bar was set 35 years ago and I like McDermott and Beane but they haven't successfully accomplished that goal the playoffs every year and is not the standard and shouldn't be. 23. I too agree that McDermott might be your better option at coach. But as for coordinators? As for a GM? Changes have to be made. Josh needs to be better as well. He was missing lay ups , but still was in a position to win the game. What hurts most, is Josh is still not a priority, we still have no pass rush, and now our offensive line coach retires.
