Yes please. gamble on a young guy w potential—not the retread or old coordinator like Monken.
Hopefully Haslem will stick to ripping people off & Andrew Berry learns from his multitude of failures

Biggest question mark for me is that he doesn’t call plays at Jacksonville. Hiring him means we still have a need there.
The fact that he was O’Connell’s right hand man in Minnesota is a huge bonus. He knows what it takes to be a head coach and do more than just focus on the offense exclusively.
Regardless, whichever guy we pick needs to be around for the next 5 seasons. We need stability. There’s going to be growing pains with a young HC. Give him time.
I am really liking the idea of him – a young guy with innovative ideas. Keep Swartz, give Sanders a whole season, and watch these impressive rookies grow with the most dominant defender in the league.
I’ll say it. I’d rather have McDaniel’s Gucci wearing ass. At least he’s proven to be able to win in some capacity.
This is who I want. Keep Schwartz at DC if possible.
That means we will probably hire Todd Monken.
