Josh McDaniels vetoed the Raiders Drafting Stroud

  1. stop with the revisionist history, stroud is obviously good the talent is there but he’s needs to be developed properly

  2. Stroud drafted before Tyree. Wouldn’t if mattered. Should if drafted Gonzales. McDaniels

  3. I mean, it’s par for the course for this stupid franchise. We routinely for decades, have fucked off on drafting a QB. It would make you cry to go back and look at who was available and who we took instead. We would be easily leading the league in sb titles had we just used a shred of common fucking sense. It’s unbelievable how bad egos destroy the decision making process. This shit has been obvious over the years. You don’t need to know anything more than an average fan watching the sport.

  4. Stroud drafted before Tyree. Wouldn’t have mattered. Should have drafted Gonzales. McDaniels is and always will be a horrible head coach but vetoing Stroud is the least of his sins.

  5. This was a calculated hit job. 2nd of his career.

Ironically the other team he decimated is finally rising from the ashes just in time to face his favorite team in the whole wide world in the AFC Championship game.

The winner of which i hope gets curb stomped by the winner of the NFC Title game!

  6. Stroud has the talent. He was missing his top WR Nico and Trent Brown on the line. Patriots defense is really clicking right now.

I am glad he was brought back down to Earth since tryna have that “big bro” talk with Caleb William’s after a game during his rookie season, while only being in his 2nd year.

Ironic how they both get eliminated in the divisional throwing picks.

  7. he didnt even have a chance to… dumb article.

I cant believe the chiefs passed on drake maye…

  8. These commenters watch one game and call him trash lmao. Sad state of ball knowledge in this sub

  9. Not sure what he vetoed, we had the 7th pick and Stroud went 2nd & the Texans had no interest in trading the pick.

So, he vetoed the idea of hypothetically selecting him if he was available? Ok. Cool.

  10. Real ones know that Jalen Carter is just a big of pos as Ruggs. He just didn’t directly kill anyone doing the same thing. Or did be? I wonder how you feel if you are the families of two dead college students.

  11. What really kills me is really good players we drafted/signed as UDfAs that are starting for other teams. Keisha Nixon, Denice Autry, Alec Ingold, Jon Feliciano, Tyler Mumford, Josh Jacobs, Devine Diablo, Tre’von Moehrig….just off the top of my head. These are really good players.
