He would be an enormous improvement over our current coach who has shown zero competence and leadership ability.
He inherited cleveland browns east, drafted one of the worst rookie QBs in NFL history and left them a perennial contender with an MVP QB. Hes got some game management issues but hes perfectly solid as a HC

I’m not the biggest fan in the world but he has a proven track record of making the playoffs and he’s for sure better than Aaron Glenn. I’d take him in a heartbeat
The best thing about McDermott (maybe it was Beane or maybe was both of them) was being able to keep the Pegula’s from meddling and being overly involved. The Sabres are an example of them meddling, hiring bad people, and being cheap (front office wise).
Woody would never hire experienced HC. Only coordinators with zero HC experience are eligible for this job.
