  1. Absolutely pathetic to allow mediocrity to continue. So another words the Bills who win their division most years and at least one playoff game, fire their coach because they won’t settle for “good enough” and the Packers keep an annual choker with no spine 👍

  2. I Was Definitely And Still Is A Little 🤏🏿.. But If The Owners Knew The Buffalo Bills Were Gonna Fired Shawn McDermott.. I Would Rather For Them Hire Him Long Term.. Instead Of Matt Lafluer.. I.M.H.O.. 🤷🏿‍♂️❓

  3. Ed Policy said before the Bears game, win or lose LaFleur was getting a contract extension. I don’t know why so many people are surprised by this. And just who was going to replace him? Jeff Hafley? Please! Matt LaFleur would have been the top coaching candidate had he been fired. Even more coveted than John Harbaugh.

  4. This team 2years ago was the youngest team and went all the way to the second round of the playoffs being young you should have the vitality, physical recovery, alertness and mental acuity to overcome obstacles WTF is wrong from top to bottom as a promising young team you shouldn’t be regressing you should be ascending 🤦🏻🤦🏻🤦🏻what a disappointment to continue with MLF I don’t think the guy has a vision for this other than going the other direction 🤦🏻🤦🏻

  5. These dudes appear to have wanted him fired. How many injuries did this team have and how many really good players did they lose? Has to be factored in. The DC is going to be gone and clearly he wasn’t as good as advertised.

  6. I simply have no idea what is going on. Like, "where the fk am I"..?? Buffalo coach gets fired a coach that falls apart gets an extension? Bizarro world

  7. In the near future we can expect Matt to have a nice long evening at the spa, sauna, manicure, hairdresser and having his eyebrows done.

In 2 years, after 2 dismissal years Policy will have no option but firing MLF, while throwing 100 million into the dumpster, he should fire Gutekunst also but he won't.

In 4 years Ed Policy will fire Gutekunst and his job will be on the line, nevertheless GBs board has no desire to take risks, they are ok with a mediocre team that makes a lot of money.

    That's what we can expect

  8. All of you negative people on here are trying to be Monday morning quarterbacks. Who the heck do think would do a better job than ML? Look at all the teams that never make it to the playoffs!

  9. I listen; I even pay attention. And one thing I'm not getting is what the Packers need to suceed. I've pondered that and here's my idea. A team psychologist! Te team needs a killer instinct —- and some kind of ability to get past trials. A real nice additional trait would be to avoid playing down to competition.

  10. Firing assistant coaches like Rich B. won't improve a thing. Personnel decisions are everything and Gutey is below average. It is player attitude, effort and high motor. It's Gutey's responsibility to identify players that have a history of attitude, effort and high motors. The Packers under Gutey don't have that identity on offense, defense or special teams. Yes, he has a few high motor players, but not nearly enough. Our OL and DL got pushed around and finished in the bottom half performance in rushing yards. We finished 21st in sacks even though we had Parsons for most of the year! This is on Gutey and his overall below average personnel moves.

  11. I give Buffalo props for realizing that McDermott was not accomplishing the goal of getting to and winning a Super Bowl, so they fired him. Green Bay on the other hand would rather stay the course with Lafleur and just be competitive. Buffalo realizes something had to change as it wasn't good enough. Apparently, Policy is okay with just being competitive. He is ignoring the facts that Lafleur has major flaws, which show up year after year. I guess we'll just keep hoping to make the play-offs and then watch them fade because of Lafleur's mistakes and poor coaching!
