The rumor was he offered the job to Leonhard before hiring Barry not Hafley.
Leonard, Durde, or Shwartz in no particular order. No Morris
Isn't Flores the man with outstanding lawsuits on the NFL for pigments in skin?
Bears fan here. As predicted the Bears vs Packers wild card was just the bridesmaid bowl. The Pack have an interesting situation re defense. Hafley is a lot better than predicted and I hope he can be retained. If not, there should be some nice applicants – this is a premier opportunity. I would not worry too much, Parsons is still here right?
McDermott
No shortage of "In House" plays? After the second half of the Bear game? Who do we blame for that?
BEARS STILL SUCK BEARS STILL SUCK BEARS STILL SUCK !!!
2:41 Definitely maybe.
😄
Great album name, btw.
Al Harris homecoming would be cool. Ties to Diggs if he is resigned. Seems like his DBs played well for him in both DAL and CHI
The Packers should look at "nobody" thats in house for the new defensive coordinator position!!
If we promote from within we will continue with mediocrity.
Joe Barry 😂
Packers need Leonard. They need toughness speed and players with a motor that doesn't stop. And he has the experience with success. Pay the man what he is worth and quit being cheap
Who cares was the defenae really better over.and over defense couldnt cover anyone in 2nd half of games. That ia a reflection of coaching when it doesnt get better
All I know is that he has to be passive. There will be no attacking defense for the Green & Fold.
Yep defensive and offenaive line coaches need to go also. Those lineman on both sides of ball are not ahowing improvement that ahould be.happening. Thats poor coaching.
This should be titled "the Offensive coordinator and offensive line coach watch and ST Coordinator watch because unless these positions are replaced, nothing will improve on offense and we will still have LaFleur surrounded by his incompetent buddies.
No Al Harris?
Big mistake keeping lafleur! I'm not watching another game till he's FIERD!
Al Harris!!
I think GBs defense will be one of the most sought after coordinator jobs. Who wouldn’t want to coach a young and aggressive defense led by Xavier McKinney, Edgerin Cooper and MICAH PARSONS. Leflure will have to beat suitors off with a stick I suspect
How is Jim Schwartz not on the list? Dude would be a great fit in Green Bay and would definitely provide a take no prisoners mentality on the defensive side of the ball!
Rex Ryan for the energy alone plus he will hold players accountable
1. Flores but I agree pretty far fetched.
2. Morris, good blend of experience and aggression.
3. Parker, strongly agree on "If you're trying to get in early" on a potential future HC, he's got the goods.
4. Leonhard, aside from the Wisconsin nostalgia play he's got the aggressiveness and swagger I want in a DC.
That's my ideal top 4, and I'd be happy with any of them. In house could make sense but I still think (I'm dumb and don't know how the dynamics are) that MLF wants a guy who can more or less be the "Head Coach of the Defense" and those 4 make the most sense to me in that regard.
Good gawd dont let laflop pick em.
Flores is not leaving Minnesota unless he gets a HC job. I think Leonhard or Schwartz would be the best candidates. I did say Al Harris, but somebody told me he said he doesn't want to be a DC. Kind of odd he doesn't want a promotion, but that's his choice.
It’s official Jeff is the coach of the Dolphins now 😔
My top three are Brian Flores, Morris, or Leonard
Flores, Leonard, Morris would certainly be among the top options, but what about Al Harris??
I like how he signed after the Packers extended lafluer.taking a few years off from football till the scripts are tossed into the flames Hades
Flores, Schwartz, Bryant Haines, Jeremy Pruitt, Glenn Schumann
Just pray they DON’T bring back Joe Barry!
Al Harris for DC
Ainsley would be my guess.
I want Raheem Morris!
They will probably bring back Dom Capers. I'm telling you. Packers will go 6-11 next year.
Via their history together, could Robert Salah be in play as DC for Lafleur?
Good for Hafley, but I will need the Packers' defense to stay in a 4-3 defense
Vikings DB coach Daronte Jones should be interviewed for DC in Green Bay. He knows Flores system too.
