  1. Bears fan here. As predicted the Bears vs Packers wild card was just the bridesmaid bowl. The Pack have an interesting situation re defense. Hafley is a lot better than predicted and I hope he can be retained. If not, there should be some nice applicants – this is a premier opportunity. I would not worry too much, Parsons is still here right?

  2. Packers need Leonard. They need toughness speed and players with a motor that doesn't stop. And he has the experience with success. Pay the man what he is worth and quit being cheap

  3. Who cares was the defenae really better over.and over defense couldnt cover anyone in 2nd half of games. That ia a reflection of coaching when it doesnt get better

  4. Yep defensive and offenaive line coaches need to go also. Those lineman on both sides of ball are not ahowing improvement that ahould be.happening. Thats poor coaching.

  5. This should be titled "the Offensive coordinator and offensive line coach watch and ST Coordinator watch because unless these positions are replaced, nothing will improve on offense and we will still have LaFleur surrounded by his incompetent buddies.

  6. I think GBs defense will be one of the most sought after coordinator jobs. Who wouldn’t want to coach a young and aggressive defense led by Xavier McKinney, Edgerin Cooper and MICAH PARSONS. Leflure will have to beat suitors off with a stick I suspect

  7. How is Jim Schwartz not on the list? Dude would be a great fit in Green Bay and would definitely provide a take no prisoners mentality on the defensive side of the ball!

  8. 1. Flores but I agree pretty far fetched.
    2. Morris, good blend of experience and aggression.
    3. Parker, strongly agree on "If you're trying to get in early" on a potential future HC, he's got the goods.
    4. Leonhard, aside from the Wisconsin nostalgia play he's got the aggressiveness and swagger I want in a DC.

That's my ideal top 4, and I'd be happy with any of them. In house could make sense but I still think (I'm dumb and don't know how the dynamics are) that MLF wants a guy who can more or less be the "Head Coach of the Defense" and those 4 make the most sense to me in that regard.

  9. Flores is not leaving Minnesota unless he gets a HC job. I think Leonhard or Schwartz would be the best candidates. I did say Al Harris, but somebody told me he said he doesn't want to be a DC. Kind of odd he doesn't want a promotion, but that's his choice.
