  1. Wins and losses in January get lost to the gallows of time.

A goalie fight where Bob skates all the way down the ice to drop the gloves? Unforgettable.

  2. On the real, 9th game of the year I’ve been to. My mind was blown by the amount of love for Celebrini in the pre-game warmups. Kid is a legit phenomena.

Rebounds killed us. Wish Tkachuk could have made more of an impact in his debit particularly on the PP but it’s a tad unrealistic to expect instant production after not playing in a game in 7+ months.

  3. San Jose is much better these days but injuries or not I can’t wrap my head around how invisible our stars are as frequently as they are.

  4. Pros: Bob achieved the elusive NHL goalie fight

Cons: everything else? Mikkola didn’t comeback either… 😮‍💨

  5. Definitely should have played a better game, however we’ve had this happen to us before. The Sharks played shutdown hockey, and we had some unlucky breaks.

Just gotta get our shit rolling

  6. We’re screwed. This was a make or break game for how the rest of the season was gonna go. Way too many players that aren’t consistent. Samo, verhaeghe and boqvist do little to nothing and that stacked on top of the injuries. Bleh

  7. 4-1 loss but still so pumped from the goalie fight. Chucky looked good creating opportunities and got close a few times. Some more time to gel and Marchy and Jones back and i think thatll just about fix for our PP

  8. That’s a bad loss tonight in a game that we needed to win. Especially with Buffalo and Washington losing tonight. We needed points and laid an absolute egg out there tonight. We need to figure out how to play against young teams because we always struggle against them for some reason.

Was good to see Chucky back for the first time this season. Thought he looked pretty solid for the most part, but you can tell he still needs to settle in a little bit. I have faith he’ll get going as he gets more ice time.

Tough road trip coming up. That central trip is always hard. Need to to see if we can come away with at least 3 wins on that trip.

  9. Another missed opportunity especially with others teams in the east losing. I hope Mikkola is okay because if you think it’s questionable now just wait until Uvis and maybe Petry or someone else is on the 2nd D-Pair.

Besides that I know it’s probably a popular option but Pomo needs to sit J-Bo. Kunin deserves some run for a while. I know changing the lines at this point doesn’t really make a difference but J-Bo, man 😬 it hasn’t been great lately to put it lightly. Just got to hope that the teams that the panthers need to lose do lose because man it’s probably going to be a 20 round fight to get in a wild card spot at least

Edit: while the goalie fight was great but I hope in someway that it’s a type of turning point

  10. I don’t even care what happened, there was a goalie fight and the girl in front of me lost 5k because celebrini didn’t score. So it was still a good night

  11. another loss that sucks like many others this injury filled season. but goalie fight makes it (kinda) worth it 🤷‍♂️ on to the next

  12. I can’t believe people are calling Bob dirty for that fight or that he should’ve gotten a delay of game for making us wait like 3 minutes for him to come back 😂 Reddit has truly rotted some peoples brains

  13. The thing that is special to me about hockey is its brotherhood. Goalies don’t get to always be an obvious part of the demonstrations of brotherhood on the ice during the game. Bob sensed this was the moment there for his team, and I think it says a lot about his heart and character. He is a true pro. Also he landed his punches. 😋

  14. I’ve seen this team lose 1800 times, but I’ve never seen a goalie fight with our guy so that wins out tonight.

People are always so weird about the Panthers that its truly exhausting and it’s not even at all worth it to go into our threads on the main boards.
