I think the thing that gives me the most hope for Mendoza is he’s not just another guy with “great arm talent”. His best attribute appears to be his brain and processing from all the reports and from what you see on the field. That doesn’t mean he doesn’t have a good arm; he certainly throws a good ball, especially back shoulders and balls into tight windows.
But the fact that people talk glowingly about his processing of the game is what makes me think he’s different than the other “big arm” prospects of the past.
This guy has balls!!

In 9 years Carr never made a run that was half as good as that.
I’m starting to come around on Mendoza pick………only if we draft oline high and get free agency help on quality Oline to protect him.
