I would honestly consider giving a one year prove it deal to any or the remaining coaching hopefuls. Outside of McDermott, none of these guys deserve a job to me.
I think the biggest thing is, it doesn’t appear that coaches are wanting this job or our or this organization did to large of a search and other teams were willing to offer one guy, their guy, while the Titans were not. Not saying this is a bad approach, but it is leaving this team with less than ideal coaches to pick from.

I wished I copied the article that I read earlier but a summary of the article is that ownership makes the Titans not that desirable especially after the Vrabs/Carthon issue. At this point it shows ownership made the wrong choice. Vrabs wanted to lead the team and have more control and Carthon didn’t want that and let Vrabs go and then later release Carthon shows ownership is clueless. Nagy will most likely be the only option and it will be the downfall of Cam. Trubisky had talent and Nagy stood him up for a meeting and then blamed him for the downfall of the team. Hopefully we won’t have the same outcome
Or the Titans want a good match and other teams are just signing a coach after they satisfied the Rooney rule
