19. I honestly think the Glazers may clean house next year if the team continues to struggle. Also, we have to consider this – how desirable is the Bucs job with so many other firings taking place? So how likely are you to get your 1st or even 2nd choice with so many other teams also looking to hire. I really think the Glazers are looking at 2026 for our trio (Bowles, Mayfield, and Litch). There are some rumors that Tomlin may really be in play for 2026. It kind of sucks but it is what it is. I’m not as down on Bowles as others, but I’m also not blind lol. Let’s retool and see how 2026 plays out.

    The Glazers know Bowles is mediocre, but why "waste" money on a new guy, when Bowels gets them a free playoff game.
    Problem is the damage it has caused the organisation, we are back to being the Bucs of old next year, I wont be surprised if we end up 3ed in the division, 5-12

30. What amazes me is that Bowles thinks he won't be fired after next season. To be honest… I see 0-8 to start next season. I have to think that Glazers know this as well. They are tanking. They will use Bowles to tank. Otherwise, this makes no sense.

31. Maybe the team cares about us fans getting more time to enjoy our Sundays. The game is basically over by the half we get to turn it off and go get some more fresh air. Bigger bonus when they come out flat with no energy, we know the result by the end of the first quarter.

33. My prediction, the 2026 Bucs will finish third in this division and then finally a season too late Bowles will get the boot.

34. People need to accept that the Qb is exponentially more important to a team then the HC. I dont care if its Belichick, Andy Reid or whoever, look at their resume excluding "hof qb x" and its night and day. Belechick coached 10 seasons before and after Brady. 7 of those were losing seasons and and he has ONE playoff win without Brady. Brady first year in Tampa wins the SB and its not like we were a contender the year before- 3 straight losing seasons and 8/9 overall. Andy reid was a very good coach with Mcnabb and Alex Smith…..but he got Mahomes and blasted off to a different stratosphere. 2 biggest examples but from Coughlin to Carroll to Bill Cowher. Its overwhelming the more i think of it. Does the coach make the Qb or vice versa? Evidence points towards the Qb.
