Him and Harbaugh can, or should, have their pick of HC jobs. He’s not coming in as DC as much as I’d love it, especially not when we haven’t even moved on from Eviro yet.
And we certainly shouldn’t fire Canales for him, that would ruin the culture and set us back like crazy after the improvements Canales has made.
Edit: I meant him and Tomlin, Harbaugh has already signed with the Giants.
There are still 7 HC openings to be filled, don’t think he’ll go back to being a DC

He’s going to be a top candidate for coaching jobs. It would be awesome if he wanted to be a defensive coordinator again but he wants to run a team. With the way he turned the Bills around, he’ll be able to pretty much pick his spot.
Weirder things have happened. Maybe he has a talk with his family and decide he doesnt want all the bullshit of a head coach and go back to his roots. You never know
If he ever returns to DC, it’ll likely be for Tomlin, wherever he ends up.
Sean has graduated passed being a coordinator. He is only going to be a teams head coach.
He’ll probably end up in Tennessee.

He will get another head coach job easily. He will be with the Steelers or Ravens by the end of the month.
