I love Nick's scenario about why Johnson didn't go for 2. It's cute. There's another one. He got scared and choked. The end.
Congrats to the Bears for an amazing season but at the end of the day, the better team won in weather conditions that only benefited the Bears.
2:05 Josh Allen vs the Jags 😅
Dan Marino made Super Bowl in his second year, never there again.
Bro, this show is literally praising Caleb Williams after a loss and giving no love to Bo nix after he just defeated blooperman… just because he’s injured now 🤦🏻♂️
These bears fans and their moral victories are hilarious 😂. We lost but great season
Congrats? Lol
I’ve seen Lamar make that exact same td throw to mark andrews…just sayin 😂
Prime Tony Romo could have escaped and made that throw. Don’t hate!
Im blaming Coach for going for it so often on 4th down instead of kicking. Potential way to avoid overtime. But still amazing for his first season, doubly so cause the franchise was in a terrible state for the past decade
For all you young people out there…back in ‘84/‘85 EVERYONE thought Marino would be back after losing SB to 49ers…he NEVER got back
Josh had a bad game, but it’s rough to call a go-ahead drive in the 4Q of a playoff game a big failure. After Nix answered, he also had 0:55 seconds to drive for a game-tying FG, and he did it. He obviously wasn’t good enough, and had a couple of missed throws to boot, but there’s room for a more nuanced take.
The Iceman melted…
BEARS LOST THAT GAME MORE THAN RAMS WON IT..HORRIBLE EGOTISTICAL DECISIONS BY BEN JOHNSON….KICK THE 2 FIELD GOALS .
BEARS WIN..
Sure, there is no guarantee that the Bears will make it back to this spot in the playoffs in the near future, but here's what it does mean for us lifelong and diehard Bears fans. Gone are the days of finishing at the bottom of the NFC North every season. Gone are the days of being the laughing stock of the division. Gone are the days of having cheese stuffed down our throats every season. We may not be an immediate Super Bowl contender in the next year or two or three or four but we're at least in the hunt now. We're eat least in the conversation now. The ceiling looks much higher than the floor looks low now…Caleb will have at least one ring as a Chicago Bear in his NFL career. We can't say when that will be but we can say it will be.
The Rams were dominating the Seahawks after they played Carolina the first time. Is it so hard to believe that certain teams play certain teams better.
The top guy wins more sb in their era than others and keeps the top 10 teams under their rule. It aint fair but its History. Montana, Young, Aikman, Bradshaw, Brady, Mahomes. And even more the older u go. For every multiple SB chips they got, everyone else that should have had one, didnt.
I also thought the Bears had it going and engaged their "Caleb magic" button, and in the moment wanted and expected them to go for 2. But even in hind sight, kicking was the right call as we saw in OT. They got the ball back.
I feel the same way I didn't go to work today because I had to decompress I was so hurt I was hurt I was hurt I was hurt now if ben Johnson would have went for it and failed the whole city of Chicago would want ben Johnson head so he did right he don't want that on his head
brou is right that throw was incredible…but lucky. if you pause the game when caleb throws that ball, kmet is not open at all. caleb is throwing it up on a prayer. but kmet pushes off a little bit and the dbacks play it horribly. and it ends up looking perfect.
In the playoffs, Caleb completed 52.2% of his passes, threw more INTs than TDs, and had a passer rating south of 70.
Does he have a high ceiling? Yes.
But let’s see him get close to it before we anoint him for the next decade.
I totally disagree with the Caleb takes. I think the hardest thing to learn for a quarterback is the brain part and decision making. I think he is not good at that, but has all the other stuff. I am not sure he has soooo much potential.
Nick had to admit his rights. Can we get Danny who’s had TERRIBLE takes all year admit that he was ABSOLUTELY wrong about DEN?
Sad to watch these goobers fan girl over their hometown qb's. So dishonest – just trying to construct arguments why their guy is the best. Danny won't see any of Caleb's faults, and Nick knows nobody is saying Mahomes is the best rt now, so he is campaigning for it to b Maye or Stafford, bc he knows nobody really believes that, and just doesn't want people to say Allen is- bc he is the one who is really on the level of Mahomes. 😂
how many pts did the bears leave on the field going for it on 4th down ….analytics coaches never fail….they take stupid chances instead of pts and they lose every year in the playoffs…you always take the pts in the playoffs
Bears loss only a "HEARTBREAKER" for Bears fans. Obviously not for Rams fans.
Nick's absolutely right about Ben making the right call not going for the 2 pt. conversion. They failed multiple times on short yardage plays and the defense was playing great. If you miss the conversion the game's over.
No praise for the Rams and Matthew Stafford and Sean McVay and company who actually won the game? They didn't win because of the "HEARTBREAK" of the Bears blowing it. They made losts of great plays that won them the game. Were the pics unfortunate bad throw from Caleb, or great plays by the Rams backs?
